Chapter 1 provides an overview of the theoretical and legal basis for organizing and managing document management: the concept, objectives, content, requirements, and responsibilities in organizing and managing document management. Legal regulations and regulations of the Ministry of National Defense on the organization and management of document management serve as the basis for implementing document management at the Central Military Hospital 108.

Thirdly, the thesis topic also contributes to developing a direction for other research topics with a similar focus on the organization and management of document management in agencies and units with similar management mechanisms.
12. Future research directions
Based on the research findings in this thesis, the author wishes to continue researching issues related to the modernization of document management and archiving in the era of Industry 4.0 in the future.
