Chapter 1. Theoretical and legal basis for organizing and managing document work
In Chapter 1, the author presents an overview of the theoretical and legal basis for the organization and management of document work: the concept, objectives, content, requirements, and responsibilities in the organization and management of document work. The legal regulations and regulations of the Ministry of National Defense on the organization and management of document work are the basis for implementing the organization and management of document work at the 108 Central Military Hospital.
Chapter 2. Current status of document management organization of 108 Military Central Hospital
In Chapter 2, the author presents the results of a survey on the current status of document management organization of the 108 Central Military Hospital. 11. Practical application
Firstly, the research results in the thesis can help raise awareness of the Party Committee and Hospital commanders about the organization and management of document work.
Second, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference to develop a plan to implement solutions to improve the effectiveness of the organization and management of the hospital's document work.
Third, the thesis topic also contributes to developing orientations for other research topics with the same direction on organizing and managing document work in agencies and units with similar management mechanisms.
12. Further research directions
Based on the research results in this thesis, in the coming time, the author wishes to continue researching issues related to the modernization of document and archive work in the 4.0 period.
