The thesis consists of 3 chapters with the following basic contents: Chapter 1: Theoretical and Legal Basis of Document and Record Management Organization. In this chapter, the author focuses on presenting the basic theoretical and legal issues regarding document and record management organization, such as: the concept of document and record management organization; principles, requirements, measures, roles, importance, responsibilities, and current legal regulations on document and record management. Chapter 2: Measures and Results of Document and Record Management Organization at the Binh Duong Provincial Employment Service Center. In this chapter, the author presents the following basic contents:First,A general overview of the Binh Duong Provincial Employment Service Center;Second, presenting the measures for organizing and managing records and documents at the Center;Third isThis presents the results of the Center's record and document management system.
After presenting the survey results and assessing the current state of record and document management at the Center, the author analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, and causes of these weaknesses. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters as follows: Chapter 1 Theoretical and legal cornerstones about the records and documents managements. In this chapter, the author focuses on the presentation of fundamental legal and theoretical foundations about the records and documents management namely: The concepts, principles, requirements, measures, roles, importance and responsibilities as well as applicable legal regulations of the records and documents management.Chapter 2The measures and results of management of records and documents at Job Service Center of Binh Duong province. In this chapter, the author indicates the essential contents: Firstly, giving an overview about the basic information of the Job Service Center of Binh Duong province; Secondly, introducing some measures to organize the management of records and documents at this center; Thirdly, introducing the results of records and documents management organization.
After presenting survey results, comments and assessment of the reality of the organization and management of records and documents at the Center. On these foundations, the author analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and causes of these drawbacks.
