11. Summary of project results:
This project focuses on implementing psychological support for a client exhibiting symptoms of low self-esteem. The project outlines the theoretical framework of self-esteem and its relationship to mental health, while also specifically describing the assessment and support process, primarily based on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This therapy was applied throughout the entire treatment process. Treatment results showed a significant improvement in the client's self-esteem. The client gradually developed the ability to recognize their own worth and exhibited positive self-affirming behaviors. As a result, the client's social relationships also improved, with noticeable progress in communication skills and increased confidence in interacting with others.

This project contributes to providing further empirical evidence on the effectiveness of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy in intervening in cases of low self-esteem.
