This thesis focuses on researching and presenting the following basic results:

Chapter 1 – Theories of Specialized Journalism and Specialized Radio Broadcasting – focuses on some general theories regarding the trend of specialization in journalism and especially in radio broadcasting in the current context. Specifically, the study clarifies the concepts of "radio broadcasting," "radio channel," and "specialized radio channel." It also outlines the necessary requirements for a specialized health radio channel and provides an overview and introduction to the specialized health radio channel JoyFm.

Chapter two of the thesis delves into analyzing and identifying the characteristics of a specialized health radio channel, focusing on the content and format of the first specialized health radio channel in Vietnam. Through examining the characteristics of JoyFm, the thesis highlights the differences between a specialized health channel and other radio channels. It also identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the JoyFm radio channel.

In chapter three, the thesis points out the successes and limitations of the JoyFm channel. Thesis focused research and gives some basic results are as follows:

In Chapter 1 - theory of specialized press and radio specifically, the authors focus on some general theory of specialization trend of the press and the radio, especially in the current context. In particular , the study focuses on clarifying the concept of " Radio " , " Radio " , " specific radio channel " . Especially given the necessary requirements for a radio channel dedicated to health, while generalizing, introducing specialized radio channel about health JoyFm.

In chapter two, the thesis goes deep analysis and points out the characteristics of the radio channel dedicated to health, focus on analyzing the characteristics of the content and form of a specific radio channel first in Vietnam health. Through understanding the features and characteristics of JoyFm, these essays offer different points of a health premium channel for other radio channels. Also seen are the strengths and the limitations of radio channel JoyFm .

In chapter three, the thesis points out the successes and limitations of JoyFm channel. From existing limitations, the authors delve into the analysis of causes and provide solutions to contribute to JoyFm channels become more complete, more developed, and overcomes the limitations remaining. Thereby, as a foundation for other radio channels can be found in the development process as well as to follow the path specification.

11. Practical applicability:

With this theme , the thesis has important significance in contributing to supplement and develop the system of theories of genre -specific radio . In it , from going into a problem is pointing out the specific characteristics of a radio channel dedicated to health, the subject will have to contribute to creating the basis for further study later on specialized issues on the radio.

These findings come from the theoretical and practical essays will have implications for the press agencies , radio stations and local central , especially in noticed journalists , beaten revaluation effects , the effectiveness of this type of radio . From there, will recognize the tremendous role of radio specialized in providing information in general, and in the health sector in particular. ... Thesis hope will also contribute to the improvement of radio skills especially for those who do journalism, more a source of information for researchers, authorities and others who are concerned about this issue.

If possible , from this thesis can also raised some further research directions in the development of radio specialized health: for example, the language used in the program for health advice , the role of experts in the interactive program directly , the impact of donors to the content of programs broadcast on radio health ..........
