11. Summary of thesis results:

During the implementation period, my thesis achieved the following results:

Firstly, the thesis contributes to clarifying general theoretical issues on the organization of document use to see the importance of organizing the use of archival documents in the current period.

Second, an overview of the position, functions and tasks of the Dong Nai Provincial Department of Records and Archives; an introduction to the composition, content and characteristics of documents; a presentation of the current situation of organization and use of documents at the Dong Nai Provincial Historical Archives, from which to draw conclusions on the results achieved as well as the limitations and shortcomings in the organization and use of archival documents here.

Third, from the above situation, the author proposes a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of organizing the use of documents at the historical archives of Dong Nai province.

The results of the thesis will be a source of reference and application for archival work in general and organization of document use at Dong Nai province historical archives in particular.

During implementation, my thesis has achieved results as follows:

First, the essay will contribute to clarify the general theory about Organizing and using the documents to see the importance of the Organization and use of archival documents in the current period.

Second, generalizing to the position, function and duties of the records manager archives branch of Dong Nai province; Introduction to the composition, characteristics and content of the document; to render about the situation of organizing and using documents in the historical archives of Dong Nai province today, from then I draw the review of achieved results as well as the limited surfaces and exists in the organizing and using the archival documents in here.

Third, from the above rusults the author proposes a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of organizations using archival documents in the historical archives of Dong Nai province.

The results of the thesis will be a source of references and applications with respect to the work of the General Archives and organizations using documents in the archives of the history of Dong Nai province in particular.
