- This thesis focuses on analyzing and interpreting core concepts regarding cadres, the democratic working style of cadres, and Ho Chi Minh's thought on the democratic working style of cadres. Simultaneously, the thesis clarifies the theoretical and practical value of Ho Chi Minh's thought on the democratic working style of cadres.

- This thesis contributes to clarifying the application of Ho Chi Minh's thought on democratic working styles among current officials. It proposes directions and solutions for continuing to build democratic working styles among officials in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's thought in the current period.
