11. Summary of the thesis results:

Survey data shows that Tuyen Quang province basically has a fairly abundant workforce serving various economic sectors, with a young workforce evenly distributed across all fields. However, in the current and immediate development plan, Tuyen Quang province in general and Tuyen Quang city in particular need to develop a rational and sustainable economic transformation strategy for various industries, thereby restructuring and redistributing human resources for economic sectors throughout the province in a more rational way.

The study clearly identified the social capital characteristics of the research participants, focusing on specific traits such as: participation in organizations/groups; sources through which they obtain information when participating in those organizations/groups; frequency of participation in eating, playing, and entertainment activities to meet their personal needs; contacts made by participants during these activities; and visits to their homes. By analyzing these characteristics, the study clarified the process of maintaining and building social capital among the workforce currently working in Tuyen Quang. The accumulation of social capital through practical activities contributes to improving the quality of the workforce in Tuyen Quang province.

This thesis clearly illustrates the impact of social capital in the workplace and its influence on employees during the work process, through the analysis of: the level of support received in daily work; support received from colleagues within the same organization; assessment of the level of harmony in work relationships; assessment of the level of closeness and intimacy with colleagues and those who cause difficulties and obstacles in the workplace. From the results of this analysis, it is possible to see the factors affecting employees in the workplace and the use of the social capital they have accumulated to solve difficulties in the work environment; this is also an issue that agencies and organizations need to understand in order to provide support and guidance in the process of human resource development in Tuyen Quang in the present and future.

This thesis can serve as research material for undergraduate and graduate students specializing in sociology and social work. It can also be a valuable reference for leaders in Tuyen Quang province.

The author developed this topic at the doctoral level with the aim of applying sociological knowledge and research on social capital to human resource development.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Through the survey data can be found, Tuyen Quang basically has the human resources to serve the economic field are abundant, to rejuvenate the workforce, evenly distributed in the field. However, in the process of developing the current time and immediate, general Tuyen Quang province and Tuyen Quang city in particular should set out strategic economic transformation of the industry a fair and sustainable way, so that the structure and distribution of human resources for the health sector in the province, a more reasonable.

Thesis shows the characteristics of the social capital of the participants in the study focused on the specific features such as object Participation in the organization/ group; participating organizations/ groups that the object shall update that through the source; frequency active participation such as dining, entertainment, recreation self serving themselve; exposed subjects participating in activities dining, entertainment and recreation; subjects visited at his home. From the analysis of the above characteristics, the study sheds some light on the process of creating and maintaining social capital of human resources currently employed in Tuyen Quang, the accumulation of social capital through active practice it has contributed to improving the quality of human resources in Tuyen Quang province.

Theses indicate the impact of social capital in the workplace and its impact on the workers in the process of working through the analysis: The level of received support in their daily work; Support received from colleagues and agencies; Assess the level of harmony in relations job; Assess the level of closeness, intimacy and colleagues difficulties at work. From the results of this analysis can be seen to be the factors affecting employees at work and the use of social capital that they have accumulated to solve the problems in the work environment.
