11. Summary of thesis results:

Through the survey data, it can be seen that Tuyen Quang basically has a fairly abundant human resource for economic sectors, with a young workforce, evenly distributed in all sectors. However, in the current and near-term development roadmap, Tuyen Quang province in general and Tuyen Quang city in particular need to set out a strategy for economic transformation in all sectors in a reasonable and sustainable manner, in order to restructure and redistribute human resources for economic sectors in the whole province in a more reasonable manner.

The study has pointed out the characteristics of social capital of the research subjects focusing on specific characteristics such as: Participation of subjects in organizations/groups; when participating in those organizations/groups, through which sources do subjects update that information; frequency of participation in eating, drinking, entertainment activities to serve personal needs; subjects contacted when participating in eating, drinking, entertainment activities; subjects visited at home. From the analysis of the above characteristics, the study has clarified the process of maintaining and creating social capital of human resources currently working in Tuyen Quang, the accumulation of social capital through practical activities has contributed to improving the quality of human resources in Tuyen Quang province.

The thesis clearly shows the impact of social capital in the working environment and its influence on employees during the working process, through the analysis of: The level of support received in daily work; Support received from colleagues in the same agency; Assessment of the level of harmony in working relationships; Assessment of the level of closeness and intimacy of colleagues and objects causing difficulties and obstacles in work. From the results of this analysis, it is possible to see the factors affecting employees at the workplace and the use of social capital that they have accumulated to solve difficulties in the working environment; This is also the issue that agencies and organizations need to understand clearly in order to have support and orientation in the process of developing human resources in Tuyen Quang in the present and the future.

The thesis can be a research document for students, graduate students majoring in sociology and social work. The thesis is also a reference document for leaders of Tuyen Quang province.

The author developed this topic at the doctoral level to apply sociological knowledge of social capital research to human resource development.

Through the survey data can be found, Tuyen Quang basically has the human resources to serve the economic field are abundant, to rejuvenate the workforce, evenly distributed in the field. However, in the process of developing the current time and immediate, general Tuyen Quang province and Tuyen Quang city in particular should set out strategic economic transformation of the industry a fair and sustainable way, so that the structure and distribution of human resources for the health sector in the province, a more reasonable.
