-Urgency of the topic: From the perspective of Science and Technology management, industrial production activities always have the potential risk of environmental conflicts due to technological waste. In reality, the lack of investment in the transfer and use of environmental technology and environmentally friendly technology is the main cause of environmental pollution in Thuong Dinh Industrial Park. Its consequences directly affect the health of people living around and in neighboring areas. Therefore, identifying environmental conflicts to see the need to build environmentally friendly technology policies in industrial production activities.
-Results achieved: The thesis has identified and analyzed the problem of environmental conflicts in Thuong Dinh industrial zone with limitations in Science and Technology management activities of enterprises; from there, it proposes solutions that have both theoretical and practical basis in building environmentally friendly technology policies.
