2/ Analyze the results, significance and impact of socio-economic changes on the country's construction and development, thereby making proposals and recommendations for the industrialization and modernization of rural Vietnam.
3/ Provide some information and documents on the socio-economic development of Vietnam in general and in Hai Duong city in particular.
