The thesis has systematized theoretical issues on technology and technological innovation; assessed the advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation, as well as the application of financial mechanisms to encourage technological innovation of enterprises and salt production facilities in Bac Lieu province in recent times.

Based on theory and practice, the thesis analyzed and proposed financial solutions and related solutions to promote technological innovation in enterprises and salt production facilities of Bac Lieu province.

The thesis also evaluates the favorable conditions and challenges resulting from technological innovation as well as financial measures to encourage enterprises' technological innovation and salt-producing points in Bac Lieu province in the past time.

Based on theoretical ground and reality, the thesis analyzed and proposed solutions to financial issues as well as those relating to promoting technological innovation at salt-producing enterprises and companies in Bac Lieu province.
