Based on theoretical and practical foundations, this thesis analyzes and proposes financial and related solutions to promote technological innovation in salt production enterprises and facilities in Bac Lieu province.

The thesis also evaluates the favorable conditions and challenges resulting from technological innovation as well as financial measures to encourage enterprises' technological innovation and salt-producing points in Bac Lieu province in the past time.

Based on theoretical ground and reality, the thesis analyzed and proposed solutions to financial issues as well as those relating to promoting technological innovation at salt-producing enterprises and companies in Bac Lieu province.
