This research topic examines the theoretical basis of clean technology and geographical indications, clarifying the relationship between the application of clean technology and the maintenance of geographical indication protection. The study also investigates the current state of clean technology application in the production and processing of tea bearing the Xinjiang Geographical Indication, and demonstrates how the application of clean technology in tea production and processing can contribute to the maintenance of these geographical indications.natural factorsandhuman factorof the Xinjiang geographical region, thereby contributingmaintain characteristics,improve qualityandreputation developmentof tea products bearing the Tan Cuong Geographical Indication, aiming to maintain theseconditions for protectionof this geographical indication.
