The author has systematized the theoretical and legal basis for office activities and the construction and organization of office activities of the grassroots mass mobilization bloc in this chapter. In which, the general issues of office activities (concept, characteristics, structure, role) and the significance of organizing grassroots office activities have been analyzed and clarified. This theoretical and legal basis is the theoretical framework for implementing the research tasks of the Thesis in Chapters 2 and 3.
Chapter 2. Survey and analysis of the current situation of organizing and implementing office activities of the grassroots mass mobilization bloc in Thu Dau Mot city before and after personnel changes (reduction of staff)
The author has mentioned and clarified the basic issues of organizing and implementing office activities of the grassroots mass mobilization bloc in Thu Dau Mot city before and after the change in personnel (reduction of staff); identified and clarified the subject responsible for research and proposal, the subject advising on the development and implementation of the organization of office activities of the grassroots mass mobilization bloc.
