On December 19, 2023, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, a seminar on "Improving the effectiveness of testing and evaluating learners' learning outcomes" took place. The seminar was organized by the School's Trade Union with the participation of the School's Trade Union Executive Committee, the Department's Trade Union Executive Committee, representatives of functional departments, and a large number of lecturers and students of the School.

On December 10, 2023, VNU solemnly held the 30th Anniversary Ceremony of the Government's Decree on VNU and 117 years of tradition (1906-2023) at VNU Urban Area (Hoa Lac). On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Government's Decree on VNU (December 10, 1993 - December 10, 2023), the 117th anniversary of VNU's Traditional Day (1906-2023) taking place at the VNU Urban Area (Hoa Lac), the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU has built an exhibition space with the theme of Confucianism and Confucian education in Vietnam. The activity was jointly implemented by the Museum of Anthropology, the Faculty of Literature and the Department of Scientific Research Management.
