10. Summarize the results ofproject:
The project "Innovating the Method of Policy Communication on the Government Inspectorate's Electronic Information Portal" approached the issue systematically, from theoretical foundations and current situation analysis to proposed solutions and pilot implementation. The research results show that the biggest limitation of policy communication on the Government Inspectorate's Electronic Information Portal lies not in a lack of information or technological infrastructure, but in the way content is organized and delivered, which is not suitable for the digital environment. The content remains heavily administrative, lacks visual appeal, and the ineffective use of technological tools significantly reduces the public's ability to access and receive information.
From there, the project approached the issue by shifting from a mindset of "providing documents" and "disclosing information" to "policy communication," proposing innovative solutions for policy communication methods on the Government Inspectorate's Electronic Information Portal that are synchronized, practical, and feasible. First, the solutions regarding content and format focus on transforming the way information is organized from an administrative presentation to a user-centric approach, applying visual communication formats such as infographics to increase public accessibility. The solutions regarding technology and platform aim to maximize the technical capabilities of the Portal, improve system integration and multi-channel content distribution, optimize accessibility and user experience (SEO and UI/UX), and add interactive technology features. The set of solutions regarding mechanisms and resources has been identified as a decisive factor in overcoming systemic "bottlenecks" in the organization and operation. Improving the coordination mechanism between the Editorial Board of the Electronic Information Portal and specialized units, while restructuring the management and operation department towards specialization and supplementing direct human resources, will create conditions for the content and technology solutions to be implemented effectively and sustainably.
This pilot project for producing and publishing infographics (part of the content and format solutions group) aims to create a concrete, easy-to-implement, and highly feasible deployment point that can be immediately implemented on the existing technology platform of the Government Inspectorate's Electronic Information Portal. The pilot results not only verify the feasibility of the solution but also provide practical evidence demonstrating that visual communication methods have the potential to significantly improve public access to and reception of information, thereby contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of policy communication activities of the Government Inspectorate's Electronic Information Portal in the new context.
11. Practical applications:
The results of the pilot infographic production project have been posted on the Government Inspectorate's electronic portal and have shown initial effectiveness in improving the public's access to and reception of information.
The project has direct application value in innovating the policy communication methods of the Government Inspectorate's Electronic Information Portal, contributing to changing perceptions about policy communication and improving the capacity, qualifications, and skills in policy communication work of the staff working in communication and directly managing content on the Portal.

10. Summary of the findings of the project:
The project entitled “Innovating policy communication initiatives on the Government Inspectorate Portal approaches the issue from a systematic perspective, encompassing theoretical foundations, analysis of the current situation, proposal of solutions, and pilot implementation. The research findings indicate that the greatest limitation of policy communication activities on the Government Inspectorate Portal does not stem from a lack of information or technological infrastructure, but rather from communication methods and content delivery that remain incompatible with the digital environment. The persistence of administrative-style content, the lack of visual presentation, and the ineffective utilization of technological tools have significant implications. reduced the public's ability to access and absorb information.
formation, the project adopts a transformative approach, shifting from the traditional mindset of merely “providing documents” and “publishing information” toward a more comprehensive model of “policy communication.” On that basis, the project proposes a set of synchronized, practice-oriented, and feasible solutions for innovating policy communication methods on the Government Inspectorate Portal.
First, the group of solutions regarding content and presentation focuses on transforming the organization of information from an administrative style to a user-centered approach, while applying visual communication formats such as infographics to enhance public accessibility.
Second, the group of technological and platform-based solutions aims to maximize the technical capacity of the Portal by improving system integration and multi-channel content distribution, optimizing accessibility and user experience (SEO and UI/UX), and supplementing interactive technological features.
Third, the group of institutional and resource-related solutions is identified as the decision factor in addressing systemic bottlenecks in organization and operation. Improving coordination mechanisms between the Editorial Board of the Portal and specialized units, while restructuring the management and operational divisions toward a more specialized model and supplementing dedicated human resources, would create favorable conditions for the substantive and sustainable implementation of content and technological solutions.
The project also conducted a pilot implementation involving the production and publication of infographics (within the group of content and presentation solutions) in order to establish a concrete, feasible, and easily deployable model that could be immediately implemented using the Portal's existing technological infrastructure. The pilot results not only verify the considerations of the proposed solution, but also provided practical evidence demonstrating that visual communication methods have considerable potential to significantly improve the public's accessibility to and reception of information, thereby contributing to enhancing the effectiveness of policy communication activities on the Government Inspectorate Portal in the new context.
11. Practical applicability:
The pilot infographic products have been published on the Government Inspectorate Portal and have initially demonstrated effectiveness in improving the public's accessibility and reception of information.
The project has direct practical value in innovating policy communication methods on the Government Inspectorate Portal, contributing to changing perceptions of policy communication and enhancing the capacity, professional qualifications, and communication skills of officials responsible for policy communication and direct content management on the Portal.
