10. Summary of project results:
The project of communicating economic policies to ethnic minorities in the Ethnic and Development Newspaper has achieved important results in raising awareness and encouraging community participation. Experience from practical implementation has shown both strengths that need to be promoted and clear challenges that need to be faced. To ensure that policy information truly reaches everyone and is most effective, contributing to the sustainable development of ethnic minority communities, continuing to maintain and improve communication activities, enhancing people's access to information and creating a more favorable environment for community participation and feedback will be decisive factors for the long-term success of policy communication work in the future.
The study has highlighted remarkable successes in efforts to improve the quality of economic policy communication towards ethnic minorities through electronic newspapers. The results achieved are not only quantitative but also demonstrate a shift in the approach and interaction with the target community. First of all, one of the key factors leading to success is the focus on building communication content that is deeply appropriate to the local culture and language. This approach has broken down language and cultural barriers, significantly enhancing the community's access to and understanding of economic policies. The use of the mother tongue in many of the communication contents has been particularly effective, making information easily permeate deeply into the community, thereby increasing people's participation and helping them better understand their rights and obligations.
11. Practical application:
From the process of implementing practical solutions to improve the quality of economic policy communication for ethnic minorities on the Ethnic and Development e-newspaper, many profound and valuable lessons have been drawn. These lessons not only provide a solid foundation for improving the effectiveness of current communication activities, but also provide strategic direction for future communication efforts.
The practice of implementing economic policy communication for ethnic minorities has recorded a number of successful examples, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed diverse approaches. These examples include the production of media programs, such as the TV program “Issues - Events”, which has effectively contributed to the dissemination of policies to ethnic minorities. The newspaper has also coordinated with local authorities to compile and publish guidance documents (leaflets, booklets) in local languages on policies related to economic development, entrepreneurship, access to credit, using easy-to-understand language for ethnic minorities. Organizing direct discussions and workshops in the community, with the coordination of relevant agencies, has created valuable opportunities for people to better understand policies, ask questions and exchange directly. Finally, the implementation of communication activities combined with traditional events and festivals has effectively utilized cultural activities to disseminate information naturally, attracting people's participation. These examples show that, when applying appropriate and creative methods, economic policy information can be effectively accessed, helping ethnic minorities access and better understand the State's development support programs.
Looking to the future, the Ethnic and Development e-newspaper has the potential to become a modern and effective policy communication model, contributing to eliminating information gaps, improving people's knowledge and promoting comprehensive development for ethnic minorities, while also being a model for other media agencies in approaching and serving specific public groups. With proper investment, strategic vision and commitment to continuous innovation, the goal of improving the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities through policy communication is completely feasible.

10. Summary of the findings of the project:
The project on economic policy communication for ethnic areas on the Dan Toc and Phat Trien Online Newspaper has achieved significant results in raising awareness and encouraging community participation. Practical implementation experience has highlighted both strengths to be promoted and clear challenges to be addressed. To ensure that policy information truly reaches everyone and is most effective, contributing to the sustainable development of ethnic minority communities, it is essential to continue maintaining and improving communication activities, enhance information accessibility for people, and create an even more favorable environment for community participation and feedback. These will be decisive factors for the long-term success of policy communication in the future.
The research has highlighted notable successes in efforts to improve the quality of economic policy communication targeting ethnic areas through the online newspaper channel. The results achieved are not only quantitative but also reflect a transformation in approaches and interaction with the target community. Firstly, one of the key factors leading to success is the focus on building communication content that is deeply compatible with local culture and language. This approach has broken down language and cultural barriers, significantly enhancing the community's access to and understanding of economic policies. The use of mother tongue in many communication materials has been particularly effective, allowing information to permeate widely and deeply within the community, thus increasing public participation and helping people better understand their rights and obligations.
11. Practical applicability:
Through the practical implementation of solutions to enhance the quality of economic policy communication for ethnic areas on the Dan Toc and Phat Trien Online Newspaper, many profound and valuable lessons have been drawn. These lessons not only provide a solid foundation for improving the effectiveness of current communication activities but also guide strategies for future communication efforts.
The actual implementation of economic policy communication for ethnic areas has recorded several successful examples, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the diverse approaches proposed. These examples include the production of media programs, such as the television program "Issues – Events", which has effectively contributed to disseminating policies to ethnic ethnic groups. The newspaper has also coordinated with local authorities to compile and distribute instructional materials (leaflets, brochures) in local languages on policies related to economic development, entrepreneurship, and access to credit, using language that is easy for the people to understand. Organizing direct discussions and seminars within the community, in coordination with relevant agencies, has created valuable opportunities for people to better understand policies, ask questions, and exchange directly. Finally, the implementation of communication activities in conjunction with events and traditional festivals has effectively leveraged cultural activities to disseminate information naturally and attract public participation. These examples show that, when appropriate and creative methods are applied, economic policy information can be effectively communicated, helping ethnic minorities access and better understand state development support programs.
Looking ahead, the Dan Toc and Phat Trien Online Newspaper have the potential to become a modern and effective policy communication model, contributing to bridging the information gap, improving public knowledge, and promoting comprehensive development for ethnic minorities, while also serving as a model for other media agencies in reaching and serving specific audience groups. With appropriate investment, strategic vision, and a commitment to continuous innovation, the goal of improving the material and spiritual life of ethnic migration through policy communication is entirely achievable.
