10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on the theoretical and practical analyses presented in the chapters of this thesis, the following conclusions can be drawn:
The study of the management of the Thượng Đồng communal house and pagoda, an architectural and artistic relic, has, to some extent, assessed the current state of relic management in Long Biên district in recent years.
For effective heritage site management, it is essential to have a collaborative effort involving researchers, managers, and the community in developing ideas, formulating plans, and implementing them.
During the research and assessment of the current state of management of historical sites in Long Bien district, two main issues emerged:
Firstly, the heritage management work in Long Bien district serves as a model to be replicated throughout Hanoi. However, during implementation, it is necessary to comply with the Law on Cultural Heritage and the hierarchical management system, avoiding overlapping responsibilities and a "everyone for themselves" approach (where the king's law is overridden by local customs), which can lead to difficulties in control and endanger heritage sites.
Secondly, the management of historical sites cannot be done without the participation and coordination of the people. For unclassified historical sites, local authorities need to effectively advise higher levels to guide and direct the community, in order to minimize negative impacts on the sites.
Providing theoretical solutions for each research point is necessary; however, maximizing the value of the relics is not a simple task. To preserve and promote the value of the relic system in Long Bien district in general, and the architectural and artistic relic of Thuong Dong communal house and pagoda in particular, specific policies of Hanoi city are needed.
11. Practical applications: The research results of this thesis provide practical insights into the preservation and promotion of the value of historical relics in general and the Thượng Đồng communal house and pagoda complex in particular. In addition, it offers practical solutions for the preservation and promotion of historical relics.
12. Further research directions: Geographical records of Phuc Loi ward from 1428 to 2003.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
From the theoretical and practical analysis through the chapters of the thesis, the following conclusions can be drawn:
The study of the management of architectural and artistic relics of Dinh - Thuong Dong pagoda has partly assessed the current status of the management of relics in Long Bien district in recent years.
In order to effectively manage the monument, it is necessary to have a combination of researchers, managers and the community participating in the development of ideas, planning and implementation.
In the process of studying and assessing the current status of management of the relic system in Long Bien district, two main issues have emerged:
Firstly, the management of relics in Long Bien district is a model to be replicated throughout Hanoi. However, in the process of implementation, it is necessary to comply with the Law on Cultural Heritage and decentralize management, avoid overlapping, force everyone to do, (allowing the king to lose to the village rules) leading to difficulty in control. jeopardize the heritage.
Secondly, the management of monuments cannot be without the coordinated participation of the people. For unclassified relics, local authorities need to do a good job of consulting with superiors to direct and orient the community, in order to limit negative impacts on the monuments.
Coming up with theoretical solutions for each research point is necessary, but promoting the value of the monument is not an easy step. In order to preserve and promote the value of the relics system of Long Bien district in general, the architectural and artistic relics of Dinh - Thuong Dong Pagoda in particular, it is necessary to have the accurate
