Based on published statistics of ancestral steles in Vinh Phuc province, stored at the Institute of Han Nom Studies, and some ancestral steles collected by the author during field research, this study contributes to understanding the objects of ancestral worship, the assets offered as ancestral worship, and the role and value of this type of artifact in the study of customs, traditions, and village life in Vinh Phuc.

From a survey of known Donors' (Hau) steles in Vinh Phuc province - those were reported, and archived in the Institute of Sino-Nom studies, as well as those newly discovered by the author in fieldworks - the thesis will contribute to the understanding of donors' steles in Vinh Phuc. These include understanding of the donors' identities, donation properties, the roles and values ​​of this type of relic in the study of Vinh Phuc traditional customs and activities.
