Based on the theoretical framework and survey of messages on university admissions counseling on three electronic newspapers Dan Tri, Tuoi Tre Online, Vnexess in the two admission seasons of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, the researcher gives assessments and comments on the current status of managing messages on university admissions counseling on electronic newspapers, and at the same time makes suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality of managing messages on university admissions counseling on electronic newspapers such as: there should be policies from the management level, directives from the governing body and specific support policies to increase the quantity and quality of messages on university admissions counseling. Newspapers also need to increase staff in the education sector, build a team of in-depth collaborators and have funding sources for better implementation.
11. Practical applicability: The research results of the thesis will be suggestions for management agencies such as the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Information and Communications and other ministries, units that manage the press (with newspapers under their management agencies), newspaper editorial offices, reporters, journalists in the education sector, universities, and people working in communications at universities to have measures to improve the effectiveness of message management on university admissions consulting in the current context.
