10. Summary of the thesis results:
Based on a theoretical framework and a survey of university admissions counseling messages on three online newspapers—Dan Tri, Tuoi Tre Online, and Vnexpress—during the 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 admissions seasons, the researcher provides assessments and observations on the current state of managing university admissions counseling messages on online newspapers. Simultaneously, the researcher proposes recommendations to improve the quality of these messages, such as: policies from management levels, directives from governing bodies, and specific support policies to increase both the quantity and quality of university admissions counseling messages. Newspapers also need to increase their staff in the education sector, build a broad network of collaborators, and secure funding for better implementation.
11. Practical applications: The research results of this thesis will provide suggestions for management agencies such as the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and other ministries and units managing the press (those with newspapers under their management), newspaper editorial offices, reporters, journalists in the education sector, universities, and university communications professionals to improve the effectiveness of managing messages on university admissions counseling in the current context.

Based on the theoretical framework and a survey of university admission counseling news in three newspapers (Dan Tri, Tuoi Tre Online, Vnexpress) from two admission periods of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023, the researchers presented the survey results, analyzed and analyzed on the current state of management of university admission counseling communication on online newspapers. At the same time, the researcher also provided recommendations for quality improvement of messages on university admission counseling in online newspapers such as: Need to have supportive policies and guidance from managing agencies to enhance the quantity and quality of communication on university admission counseling news; the newspapers also need to increase the numbers of reporters working on education areas as well as expand the network of collaborators and have more financial investment.
