10. Summary of thesis results: The thesis assesses some current practices in managing information promoting health food products on social media and provides some evaluations of this activity. It also proposes several solutions to improve the quality of managing information promoting health food products on social media in the future. Particular emphasis is placed on innovating management methods in the current digital media environment, such as: applying technology in personnel management; strengthening training and supplementary training for leaders in new management methods through inspection and supervision systems. In addition, it is necessary to develop measurable evaluation criteria using KPIs; and increase the budget for managing information promoting health food products on social media.
11. Practical Application: The research results provide a basis for communication specialists and communication management teams in health supplement companies to understand and assess the level and habits of public reception of health supplement promotional information on social media platforms. This will enable them to leverage the advantages of social media platforms in general, and Facebook in particular, in creating and managing promotional information for health supplements, thereby achieving effective communication.
