The psychological atmosphere is the psychological state of the group or society, reflecting the nature and level of satisfaction of teachers with three main relationships within the group: vertical relationships, horizontal relationships, and relationships with "the nature of the work, working conditions, salary and benefits, policies, etc.".
The current state of the collective social and psychological atmosphere at Vietnam Education Joint Stock Company – Viet-edu is healthy. This result confirms the research hypothesis of the study.
The psychological atmosphere, reflected in teachers' satisfaction with the "vertical" relationship (the relationship with the management board), is healthy. In their relationship with teachers, the leaders haven't truly been close to them or understood their thoughts and aspirations. However, teachers are generally satisfied with the leadership style and the reputable qualities of the management board.
The psychological atmosphere, reflected in teachers' satisfaction with "horizontal" relationships (relationships with colleagues), is healthy. Teachers communicate, exchange information and work-related matters, share experiences, build close relationships, cooperate, and help each other in both work and life.
The atmosphere, reflected in teachers' satisfaction with the nature of their work, policies, and salaries/bonuses, is unhealthy. Teachers are dissatisfied with their working conditions, policies, salaries, and bonuses.
The psychological atmosphere depends on fundamental factors: socio-psychological factors, subjective factors, individual psychological factors, and working conditions, salary, and benefits. Of these, socio-psychological factors, individual psychological factors, and objective factors (related to the leader) contribute positively to the development of a healthy socio-psychological atmosphere. Working conditions and material conditions (salary and benefits) negatively impact the socio-psychological atmosphere. Among these, working conditions and salary/benefits play a crucial role in building the socio-psychological atmosphere at Vietnam Education Joint Stock Company – Viet-edu.
Some measures to improve the socio-psychological atmosphere at Vietnam Education Joint Stock Company - Viet-edu include: Increasing bonuses, improving current salaries and working conditions; changing regulations and sanctions; and increasing the attention from the management board to the teachers.

Based on the results obtained from theoretical and practical research, this thesis provides an overview of the current state of the socio-psychological atmosphere and the factors influencing it at Vietnam Education Joint Stock Company - Viet-edu. From this, it proposes measures to enhance the socio-psychological atmosphere, contributing to increased efficiency and quality of work at the company.
The company's management will gain a comprehensive overview of the current situation, understand the causes, and take measures to improve the socio-psychological atmosphere and enhance work quality.

Current status of the social and psychological atmosphere at Vietnam Education Joint Stock Company- Viet Edu is healthy. This result confirms the research hypothesis of this thesis.
Psychological atmosphere shows the teacher's satisfaction to the “vertical” relationship" (relationship with the Board of Directors) is healthy. Leaders are not really close in the relationship with teachers, aspirations and desires of teachers are not intensively understood. However, most teachers are basically satisfied with the leadership style and prestigious quality of the Board of Directors.
Psychological atmosphere presenting the teacher's satisfaction to the “horizontal” relationship (relationship with colleagues) is healthy. Teachers have communications, information exchange, works, sharing, closeness, cooperation and assistance in both works and life.
The atmosphere expresses the teacher's satisfaction to working natures, policies, salary – rewards is unhealthy. Teachers are dissatisfied with working conditions, policies, regimes, salary – rewards.
Psychological atmosphere is subject to primary factors, including psychological factors, subjective factors and factors of personal psychology, working conditions, salary and rewards. In which, socio-psychological factors, personal psychology and objective factors (belonging to the leadership) contribute to the healthy development of social and psychological atmosphere. Factors of working conditions, material conditions, salary and rewards negatively affect the social and psychological atmosphere. In addition, factors of working conditions, salary and rewards play an important role in the establishment of social and psychological atmosphere in Vietnam - Viet Edu Education Joint Stock Company.
Some measures to improve the social and psychological atmosphere at Vietnam - Viet Edu Education Joint Stock Company consists of reward increment, enhancement of current salary and working conditions, changes of regulations, sanctions etc. In addition, the interest from the Board of Directors to teachers should be also strengthened.

With results obtained from the process of theoretical and practical research, the thesis provides an overview of the current status of social and psychological atmosphere as well as factors affecting on the psychological atmosphere at Vietnam Education Joint Stock Company- Viet Edu. Since then reflect measures to promote the social and psychological atmosphere at the Company, contributing to increase the Company's efficiency and working quality.
The Company's Board of Directors shall have an overview of the current condition, understanding causes and applying measures to improve the social and psychological atmosphere to be more positive and working quality is enhanced effectively.
