10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has reviewed domestic and foreign works on corporate social responsibility (hereinafter abbreviated as corporate social responsibility), especially of businesses operating in the tourism sector. On that basis, the author has established a theoretical basis for the research issue (including the concept and content of corporate social responsibility in international travel service business activities serving international tourists of international travel businesses, the significance of implementing corporate social responsibility, factors affecting the implementation of corporate social responsibility, etc.). At the same time, the author also studied the implementation of corporate social responsibility of Exotissimo Vietnam Tourism Joint Stock Company (hereinafter abbreviated as EXO) to demonstrate the practicality of the theoretical basis of corporate social responsibility of international travel service businesses serving international tourists to Vietnam. Through groups of information collection methods, information processing methods, etc., the thesis has shown that EXO has performed its CSR very well and is an ideal model for travel service businesses in general and international travel service businesses welcoming tourists to Vietnam in particular to learn and follow. From EXO's CSR activities and practices, the thesis has provided some lessons and proposed some solutions to improve CSR for international travel service businesses serving international tourists to Vietnam.

11. Practical applicability: Some contents may be useful for travel service businesses in general and international travel service businesses welcoming visitors to Vietnam in particular in improving their social responsibility.

The thesis has reviewed the works of national and foreign researchers on Cooperate Social Responsibility (CSR), especially of companies in tourism sector. On that basis, the author has established a theoretical basis for the thesis (including concepts, contents of CSR of international travel service company serving international tourist to Vietnam (inbound travel company), benefits of implementation of CSR and factors affecting CSR, etc.). At the same time, the author has also researched the implementation of CSR of Exotissimo Travel Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EXO) to prove the practicality of theoretical basis of CSR of inbound travel company. By groups of information collection methods and information processing methods, the thesis has shown that EXO is well implementing its CSR and that it is worth to be a perfect model for other travel service companies as well as inbound travel companies to follow. The thesis also has given a number of lessons learned from EXO's experiences and proposed some solutions to enhance CSR for inbound travel companies in Vietnam.
