Chapter 1: Overview of the Central Office Archives and the audio recording document collections it manages.
Chapter 1 primarily covers the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Central Office Archives Department and the content composition of the audio document collections it manages.
Chapter 2: The current status of audio document collections at the Central Archives
Based on the practical experience of managing audio document collections at the Central Party Archives and the survey of audio documents in several agencies, the author assesses the actual state of audio document collections at the Central Party Archives.
Chapter 3: Solutions for scientifically organizing audio recordings at the Central Archives.
Based on the current situation in managing audio recordings at the Central Party Archives, we propose several solutions to improve the efficiency of scientifically organizing audio recordings at the Central Party Archives.
11. Practical applicability: This provides a basis for the Archives Department to address and overcome some shortcomings in professional and technical work in document management and archiving in general, and in the scientific organization of audio recordings at the Central Archives in particular.
The results of this research project will serve as a reference and application for state management agencies in document and archive management, enabling them to better organize audio recordings in a scientific manner.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Chapter 1: Introduce about the Archive Department of Central Office of Vietnam Communist Party and the records in the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV.
The content of this chapter focuses on the function, the tasks and the organization of the Archive Department of CPV. Besides, it also views the contents and components of the record archives in the Despository.
Chapter 2: The actual Situation of the record archived at The Central Archive Despository. The author raises some actual situation, such as manage, collect, classify, set up a file, determinate retention retention of records,.... At the end of this case study, the author brings out some comments all kinds of record archives in Description.
Chapter 3: From the actual situation about the management of this record archives, we give out some solutions about organizing scientifically the record archives at the Archive Department of CPV.

The thesis can be practical applicability: The author brings out some basics for the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV to solve and overcome some remaining problems in organizing scientifically the record archives at the Archive Department of CPV. It also brings out the route of organizing the recorded archives at an office in general and an the Office directly under the Central Party in particular; Besides the thesis provides surpotly the instrument when conducting organize the material archives.
This thesis is reference document for the State Management Organizations, readers, scientists, students at the research institute, at the university in the Vietnam.
