11. Practical applicability: If the thesis topic chosen by the author is well-executed, serious, and objective, it will make significant practical contributions, specifically as follows:
Firstly, for the Ministry of Justice, the central government agency responsible for judicial affairs: it is crucial to understand the current state of archiving work in its subordinate units in order to develop more specific measures in issuing detailed guidance documents, and to strengthen inspection and guidance in archiving work.
Secondly, regarding the archives of the agency where the author works: Based on the research results and practical surveys of archival work at the Ministry of Justice, the author identifies the achievements and limitations, and then proposes several solutions and recommendations to improve archival work at the Ministry of Justice.
Thirdly, for the author personally: to strengthen and further develop theoretical and practical knowledge about archiving, serving the professional work of the author.

11. Practical applicability: Substance of the thesis will, if properly and objectively implemented, make an important contribution to the archive in practice. In particular:
First, the thesis helps will the Ministry of Justice, which is a central agency conducting the state management of judicial activities, understand the status quo of the archive of its subordinate Departments and Agencies for the purpose of issuing documents guiding archival activities and strengthening the inspection and guidance of the archive.
Second, the thesis will be useful for the Ministry of Justice where the author is working to identify concerns of the archive in the Ministry and to propose solutions thereto.
Third, the thesis help will the author improve her archival knowledge and practice to serve her performance.
