11. Practical applicability: The thesis topic chosen by the author, if well implemented, seriously and objectively, will have important practical contributions, specifically as follows:
Firstly, for the Ministry of Justice, the central state management agency of judicial work: grasp the current situation of archival work at the units under the agency in order to have more specific measures in issuing detailed guidance documents, strengthening inspection and guidance in archival work.
Second, for the archives of the agency where the author is working: From the results of research and survey of the practical work of archives at the Ministry of Justice, draw conclusions and limitations, thereby proposing a number of solutions and recommendations to improve the work of archives at the Ministry of Justice.
Third, for the author himself: to consolidate and further cultivate theoretical and practical knowledge about archiving to serve his professional work.

Working with the Editorial Board of the Web Portal of the Ministry of Justice in research on the possibility of application of digital signature for all legal standard documents and management documents of the Ministry of Justice and related central agencies (if any) in the Web Portal with the view of gradually guaranteeing integrity and counter-refusal of the documents, thereby creating favorable conditions for agencies, organizations and individuals to use documents obtained from the Web Portal safe and sound.
11. Practical applicability: Substance of the thesis will, if properly and objectively implemented, make an important contribution to the archive in practice. In particular:
First, the thesis helps will the Ministry of Justice, which is a central agency conducting the state management of judicial activities, understand the status quo of the archive of its subordinate Departments and Agencies for the purpose of issuing documents guiding archival activities and strengthening the inspection and guidance of the archive.
Second, the thesis will be useful for the Ministry of Justice where the author is working to identify concerns of the archive in the Ministry and to propose solutions thereto.
Third, the thesis help will the author improve her archival knowledge and practice to serve her performance.
