- Firstly, the thesis systematizes source materials on the agricultural economy of Dong Hy District from 2000 to 2010.
- Secondly, the thesis examines the leadership and policies of the Dong Hy District Party Committee during the period from 2000 to 2010.
- Thirdly, the thesis presents some assessments of the achievements and limitations of the Dong Hy District Party Committee during the period from 2000 to 2010.
- Initially, we will draw lessons from the experiences of the Dong Hy District Party Committee during the period from 2000 to 2010, and from there propose directions for the development of agricultural economy in the subsequent period.
11. Practical applications:
This thesis serves partly as a source of reference material for writing local history, and also contributes to research and teaching of history at Party schools, political centers, and local secondary schools.

The Party Committee of Dong Hy District is leading the development of agricultural tourism models linked to traditional craft villages.
