10. Summary of thesis results:
The results of the research topic contribute to showing an overview of the nature, objectives, content and role of social assistance policy in general and regular community social assistance for PWD in particular, the results achieved as well as the difficulties and challenges in implementing the assistance policy. In addition, the topic also provides an overview of people with disabilities in Vietnam today and the characteristics of the group of people with disabilities in Gia Canh commune, Dinh Quan district, Dong Nai province to serve as a basis for building and planning effective social assistance policies.
The topic delves into the difficulties, needs for social assistance and the impact of the regular community social assistance policy on the lives of people with disabilities. The research has shown that the regular community social assistance policy with monthly allowances, medical and educational assistance policies has contributed to increasing income for people with disabilities, creating opportunities for people with disabilities to take care of their health and access education. However, in the implementation process, the feasibility of these policies is not high, and financial and human resources have not met the requirements of reality. From there, the topic has proposed solutions to innovate and improve the regular community social assistance policy for people with disabilities in Vietnam in the coming period.
11. Practical applicability: The research results of the topic help to see the reality of the lives of people with disabilities, the effectiveness and impact of the regular social assistance policy of the community on the material and spiritual life of people with disabilities based on those assessments, have a more general view of social assistance policies and limitations in promulgating and implementing policies as well as providing solutions to help improve social assistance policies for people with disabilities.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
The results of the thesis gives an overview of the nature, objectives, contents and roles of social assistance policy in general and regular social assistance in community for people with disabilities in particular, the results achieved and challenges in the implementation of social assistance policies in recent years. Besides thesis analysis situation of people with disabilities in Vietnam and features of disabled groups in Gia Canh commune, Dinh Quan district, Dong Nai province to provide a basis data for the formulation and decision-of social support effectively.
This thesis researched deeply on difficulties, social support needs of people with disabilities and the impact of regular social assistance policies in community to life of people with disabilities. This thesis has shown that regular social assistance policies in community such as monthly subsidies policy and health support policy, education assistance policy has contributed to increase income of people with disabilities, create opportunities and conditions for them access to heath care services and education. However, these policies are not really effective because financial resources and human resources did not meet the demands of practice. Therefore, this thesis gives some solutions and recommendations to improve and complete the regular social assistance policy in community for people with disabilities in the future.

Practical applicability, if any: Results of the thesis shows the status of life of people with disabilities, efficiency and impact of regular social assistance policies in community in life of people with disabilities; have better overview of social assistance policy and restrictions on the issuance and enforcement of these policies as well as providing solutions to improve it.
