This thesis presents the system of the Pho Yen District Party Committee's leadership in developing the agricultural economy from 2001 to 2010 through an examination of Party documents, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee documents, and Pho Yen District Party Committee documents, including resolutions, directives, reports, etc.

The thesis presented the process of leading the development of agricultural economy in Pho Yen district from 2001 to 2010 under the leadership of the District Party Committee.

Through studying the process of the Pho Yen District Party Committee's leadership in developing the agricultural economy from 2001 to 2010, the author has drawn conclusions about the strengths and weaknesses in the leadership of the District Party Committee and highlighted historical experiences to help the district's agricultural economy develop in a more positive direction.
