+ Regarding children's rights, specifically the right to access information appropriate for children and the right to participation, as stipulated in the Law on Protection, Care and Education of Children of 2004 and the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, which Vietnam signed in 1990, the following has been achieved: The content and format of newspapers are relatively suitable for the psychology, age, and information needs of children. Children are also given opportunities to participate in writing articles and sharing their thoughts and feelings about issues surrounding their lives.

+ Issues related to children's rights that have not been implemented: The principle of "Equality and non-discrimination for children" has not been ensured, there are still many advertisements in newspapers, and some content is not truly appropriate for the age group.

- For print media written for adults working with children

+ Issues related to children's rights have been addressed: Children have access to information about state policies and documents concerning children. They are also provided with essential life skills relevant to them. Furthermore, children are given opportunities to participate in writing articles sharing their feelings and thoughts about life around them, which are then published in newspapers.

+ Issues related to children's rights that have not been addressed: The proportion of websites and articles suitable for children is still low. Many websites and advertisements are not appropriate for children. The proportion of articles written by children themselves is limited.

11. Practical applications: (if any) This thesis will serve as a reference source for journalists to ensure children's access to appropriate information and their right to participate in journalistic activities.

12. Further research directions: (if any) Further research could be conducted on aspects of children's rights to protection and development as expressed in print media. Alternatively, research could be conducted on the expression of children's rights in other forms of media such as radio, television, and online news.

(Summarize them with stress on thenew sensations, if any)

- Regarding articles/features of print journalism written for children:

+ Following the Law on Protection, Care and Education of children (2004) and Convention on the Rights of the Child signed by Vietnam's Government in 1990, the child's rights related to the right of accessing information suitable to the use of children and the right of child participation have gained remarkable attention and have been implemented seriously. The contents and the form of articles/features on newspaper are well- tailored for their mental progress, age and information need. Also, more opportunities are created for the children to write their own articles as an effective channel to share their thoughts, and feeling about the life around them.

+ Issues related to child's rights that have not been implemented: the principle of ensuring the equality and non – discrimination towards children, which shows in the fact that there have been numerous advertisements on newspapers with contents impropriate to children.

- Regarding articles/features of print journalism written for child field workers.

+ Issues related to child's rights that have been actively implemented: More effective opportunities have been created to boost up children's access and participation in giving their feedback/expectation on related policies and legal documents of the government. They are also provided with necessary soft – life skills for their well-rounded development. Last but not least, the children are encouraged and feel free to share their thoughts and their feeling about life around them on newspapers.

+ Issues related to child's rights that have not been implemented effectively: The rate of appropriate articles/features for children is low. There still have been some advertisements with content unsuitable for the use of children. In addition, the number of articles/features written by the children themselves are limited.

12. Practical applicability, if any: Master's degree can be used as the reference material related to the assurance of the right of accessing information suitable to the use of children and the right of child participation implemented by journalists.

13. Further research directions, if any: ................................................................................

Further research on the child's rights for protection and the rights for development of the child shown by print journalism can be carried out. Besides, other research on child's rights expressed on other forms of journalism such as broadcast journalism or online journalism can also be developed.
