10. Summary of thesis results:

The thesis has closely followed the oriented research axis. From the theoretical basis of journalism, the thesis has built a theoretical basis related to the research problem. That is the role of specialized television programs about the disadvantaged in the development of content on television channels in general.

On the basis of the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has surveyed and evaluated the current status of the activities of programs on the disadvantaged of Vietnam Television, based on a survey of some typical programs such as Heart for you, Life is still beautiful, Ethnic Development magazine... The thesis has pointed out the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes and provided solutions for the existing problems. Along with surveying the feedback of the beneficiaries and interviewing the Editors and Production Organizations of the programs, as a basis for proposing and solutions to overcome the disadvantages. At the same time, it has made some predictions about the development trends in accordance with the reality of communication in the future.

11. Practical application:

The research results can be applied in the construction and completion of current television programs about disadvantaged people, and at the same time, develop these programs according to future trends and public reception needs.

From the results of this study, it is possible to develop further research directions such as meeting the information needs of the disadvantaged in the press...

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Focusing the research that is oriented by topics. From journalistic theoretical basis, analyzed thesis, synthesis, interpretation, and developed a theoretical basis related to research problems. That is the role of thethematic television programs about disadvantage groupsin the development of modern journalism.

Based on theoretical issues, the thesis investigated, assessing the situation on the use of information on social networks to develop electronic contents, based on a survey of programs such as: Heart for you, Beautiful life, Dan toc Phat Trien. The thesis indicates the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of disadvantages and recommendations; along with surveying the feedback from the public and journalist interviews, as a basis for recommendations, remedies and drawbacks.

From a theoretical basis and practical basis researched and investigated, thesis makes the proposals to the press agencies in the development of content, the improvement of quality of the articles when collecting the information on social networks in the future.

The research results are applicable to the development and improvement of television programs on the disadvantaged group, and at the same time, to develop these programs according to the trends and demands of the public in the future.

From the results of this study, you can deploy the next research direction as improving methods to satisfy the information needs of disadvantaged groups in the press.
