10. Summary of the thesis results:
The thesis has closely followed the established research direction. Based on the theoretical foundations of journalism, the thesis has built a theoretical framework related to the research problem: the role of specialized television programs about vulnerable groups in the development of content on television channels in general.
Based on the established theoretical framework, this thesis surveys and evaluates the current state of programs on vulnerable groups on Vietnam Television, drawing on a number of representative programs such as "Heart for Children," "Life Is Still Beautiful," and the magazine "Ethnic Development." The thesis clearly identifies strengths and weaknesses, particularly the causes, and offers explanations for existing problems. Along with surveying audience feedback and interviewing editors and production staff, it provides a basis for proposing solutions to overcome shortcomings. Simultaneously, it offers some predictions on future media development trends.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Focusing the research that is oriented by topics. From journalistic theoretical basis, analyzed thesis, synthesis, interpretation, and developed a theoretical basis related to research problems. That is the role of thethematic television programs about disadvantage groupsin the development of modern journalism.
Based on theoretical issues, the thesis investigated, assessing the situation on the use of information on social networks to develop electronic contents, based on a survey of programs such as: Heart for you, Beautiful childhood, Dan toc Phat Trien. The thesis indicates the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of disadvantages and recommendations; along with surveying the feedback from the public and journalist interviews, as a basis for recommendations, remedies and drawbacks.
From a theoretical basis and practical basis researched and investigated, thesis makes the proposals to the press agencies in the development of content, the improvement of quality of the articles when collecting the information on social networks in the future.

The research results are applicable to the development and improvement of television programs on the disadvantaged group, and at the same time, to develop these programs according to the trends and demands of the public in the future.
