10. Summary of thesis results:

- Closely following the research axis oriented by the topic, from the theoretical basis of journalism, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized, interpreted and built a theoretical basis related to the research problem. That is the role and relationship of the press with the issue of gender equality in Vietnam - an important issue contributing to the implementation of fairness, social progress and promoting socio-economic development in our country more and more sustainably.

- Based on the theoretical issues that have been developed, the thesis has surveyed and evaluated the current status of information on gender inequality issues in Vietnam on electronic newspapers through a survey of 03 representative newspapers (phunuonline, phunuvietnam and VnExpress); Pointing out the advantages and disadvantages, especially the causes of the disadvantages; Along with in-depth interviews with experts, leaders, and reporters of press agencies as a basis for proposing solutions to overcome the disadvantages.

- Based on the theoretical and practical basis that has been researched and surveyed, the Thesis makes specific proposals and recommendations to the competent authorities to organize the implementation of issues related to gender equality and the press agencies to improve the quality of information on the issue of gender inequality in the coming time (The competent authorities need to perform well their roles, responsibilities, be proactive and active in providing information to the press; Cooperate closely and effectively with national press agencies; Improve the capacity of the team of reporters and specialized journalists; Innovate, improve the quality of content, improve the form of transmission); Practically contribute to helping the press in general, and electronic newspapers in particular, better perform their roles and missions in the face of issues related to gender equality in our country during the period when the country is comprehensively promoting industrialization, modernization, integration and development.

From the results of this study, it is possible to deploy further research directions in gender equality propaganda work such as reforming policies, programs, and national goals on gender equality in our country according to the Party's guidelines and the State's laws.
