10. Summary of the thesis results:
Adhering closely to the research topic, and drawing upon the theoretical foundations of journalism studies, this thesis has analyzed, synthesized, and developed a theoretical framework related to the research problem: the relationship and role of television programs in preventing and controlling the risks of dangerous and emerging infectious diseases.
Based on the theoretical framework in Chapter 1, this thesis conducts research, analysis, and evaluation of the current state of television programs, specifically through a survey of news programs about the two outbreaks of Zika and H7N9 influenza broadcast on VTV1 and VTC14 channels. From this, the author assesses the advantages and disadvantages of the content of television programs promoting the prevention and control of dangerous and emerging infectious diseases. It can be affirmed that currently, television programs on VTV1 and VTC14, with their strong coverage, engaging content, lively presentation, and lengthy news broadcasts, continuously update on current domestic and international issues. With its strengths and characteristics, television has a significant impact in providing information, shaping public opinion, and contributing to changing the awareness and behavior of viewers regarding the prevention and control of dangerous and emerging infectious diseases, specifically the two outbreaks caused by the Zika virus and H7N9 influenza. However, the dissemination of information on disease prevention and control still has many limitations, meaning the quality of the programs has not fully met the increasingly high demands of television viewers. These limitations will be a major reason for the reduced effectiveness of the programs in communicating information to the audience.
Based on the research findings regarding the advantages and limitations of television programs on preventing and controlling dangerous and emerging infectious diseases on VTV1 and VTC14 channels, the author has proposed general and specific solutions to improve the quality of current health information and communication programs.
11. Practical applications:
The research findings have potential applications in television stations, specifically on VTV1 and VTC14, to further improve the quality of television programs promoting disease prevention and control in the context of the potential for dangerous and emerging infectious diseases in the near future.
12. Future research directions:
Based on the results of this study, further research can be conducted to improve the quality of specialized and in-depth television programs on health and medicine, as well as health-related segments in general.
13. Published works related to the thesis: None

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
Following the content of the research topic, from the basis of journalism theory, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized and constructed the theoretical basis related to the research problem. That is the relationship and the role of TV programs in eliminating risks of emerging contagious diseases.
On the basis of the argument in chapter 1, the thesis has conducted researches, analyzed and evaluated the current situation of TV programs through the survey of news program on outbreaks of Zika and Avian influenza A(H7N9), broadcast on VTV1 and VTC14 channels.
From then, the author evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of such programs on each station. It can be said that the current VTV1 and VTC14 programs, with large coverage and interesting content and graphics, can have huge impact on delivering news, raising awareness and changing behaviors of viewers towards said diseases. However, in practice, the programs still have limitations and still have to improve to meet the increasing needs of viewers. These limitations will greatly reduce the appeal of the programs to the audience.
From the results of the study about advantages and limitations of television programs on emerging and dangerous contagious diseases, the author has proposed general and specific solutions for each station to improve the quality TV programs on healthcare today.
11. Practical applicability, if any:
Master thesis can be applied in television stations, specifically VTV1 and VTC14 to improve the quality of TV programs on disease risk reduction, as there is a possibility that dangerous diseases can emerge and become pandemic in the future.
12. Further research directions, if any:
From the research findings, can deploy the next research directions for each local television station to improve the quality of healthcare TV broadcast program.
