Closely following the content of the research topic, from the theoretical basis of journalism, the thesis has analyzed, synthesized and built a theoretical basis related to the research issue, which is the relationship and role of television programs in the prevention of risks of dangerous and emerging diseases.
Based on the theory in chapter 1, the thesis has conducted research, analysis and evaluation of the current situation of television programs, specifically conducted through a survey of news programs about the two outbreaks of Zika and influenza A H7N9 broadcast on two channels VTV1 and VTC14. From there, the author assessed the advantages and disadvantages of the content of television programs promoting the prevention and control of dangerous and emerging epidemics. It can be affirmed that currently, television programs on channels VTV1 and VTC14 have strong coverage, attractive content, vivid presentation, long-duration news, and continuous updates of domestic and international current affairs. With the strengths and characteristics of the type, television has a great impact in providing information, orienting public opinion, contributing to changing the awareness and behavior of the audience on the issue of preventing dangerous and emerging epidemics, specifically the two outbreaks of Zika virus and influenza A H7N9. However, the work of propaganda on disease prevention still has many limitations, causing the quality of the program to not fully satisfy the increasing demand of the television audience. These limitations will be the main reason for reducing the effectiveness of the program's propaganda for the audience.
From the results of the study of the advantages and limitations of television programs on prevention of dangerous and emerging diseases on VTV1 and VTC14 channels, the author has proposed groups of general and specific solutions to improve the quality of current health information and propaganda programs.
11. Practical application:
The research results can be applied in TV stations, specifically on VTV1 and VTC14 channels, to further improve the quality of television programs promoting disease prevention in the context of the risk of dangerous and emerging diseases that may occur in the near future.
12. Further research directions:
From the results of this study, further research directions can be implemented to improve the quality of specialized and in-depth television programs on health and medicine, as well as health sections in particular.

On the basis of the argument in chapter 1, the thesis has conducted researches, analyzed and evaluated the current situation of TV programs through the survey of news program on outbreaks of Zika and Avian influenza A(H7N9), broadcast on VTV1 and VTC14 channels.
From then, the author evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of such programs on each station. It can be said that the current VTV1 and VTC14 programs, with large coverage and interesting content and graphics, can have huge impact on delivering news, raising awareness and changing behaviors of viewers towards said diseases.
