This thesis contributes to proposing solutions for effectively carrying out propaganda work on maritime sovereignty in Ha Tinh province in the current period, within the context of national renewal, construction, and defense.

The research findings of this thesis contribute to improving the quality of propaganda work in general, and the quality of propaganda work of the propaganda departments at all levels and sectors in Ha Tinh province in particular, regarding the current issue of maritime sovereignty. It also contributes to demonstrating the requirements and objectives for improving the quality of the propaganda workforce in Ha Tinh province today.
