10. Summary of thesis results:
- The thesis analyzed different viewpoints according to the ideology of Marxism - Engels, Lenin, the ideology of President Ho Chi Minh and the viewpoint of the Communist Party of Vietnam on youth and youth work. The thesis also outlined the characteristics of Ha Tinh youth and the traditions and achievements of the province that have deeply influenced the awareness and development of youth.
- Based on the analysis of the policies of the Ha Tinh Party Committee on youth work, the thesis has highlighted a number of achievements in all aspects of youth leadership of the Ha Tinh Party Committee, thereby showing that the advantages and innovative policies of the Ha Tinh Party Committee are completely correct. In addition, the thesis also deeply analyzes the shortcomings and problems that youth leadership still faces, on that basis, proposing directions and solutions to innovate the leadership methods of the Ha Tinh Party Committee on youth work in the coming time.

- The thesis can be used to evaluate the youth leadership work of the Party Committee, thereby drawing out the advantages, limitations and lessons learned in the youth leadership work of the Party Committee from the provincial to the grassroots level in our country today.

- This thesis analyzes the different views based on the ideologies of Marx – Engels, Lenin, Ho Chi Minh and the views of Communist Party of Vietnam on youth and youth works. The thesis also provides an overview of the characteristics of Ha Tinh youth and the achieved results and traditions that have had profound influence on the perception and development of youth.
