This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's guidelines and viewpoints to lead the construction of the grassroots political system from 2000 to 2010.

Based on the practical experience of leading the construction of the grassroots political system in Dong Nai province during the period 2000-2010, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons for the present.

The lessons learned from practical experience offer suggestions to help improve the leadership effectiveness of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in building the province's political system in accordance with the Party's guidelines in the next phase.
