This thesis systematically presents the process by which the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee applied the Party's guidelines and viewpoints to lead the construction of the grassroots political system from 2000 to 2010.
Based on the practical experience of leading the construction of the grassroots political system in Dong Nai province during the period 2000-2010, this thesis objectively assesses the achievements and limitations and initially draws some lessons for the present.

The lessons learned from practical experience offer suggestions to help improve the leadership effectiveness of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee in building the province's political system in accordance with the Party's guidelines in the next phase.

This thesis presents a systematic process led by Dong Nai Party in performing the guidelines and viewpoints of the Party to build grassroots political system from 2000 to 2010.
Through the process of building political foundations in Dong Nai province from 2000 to 2010, the thesis objectively assesses the achievements as well the constraints and also draws some initial experiences.

The experiences gained from the practical process are suggested to improve the efficiency of the leadership of Dong Nai Provincial Party in the process of building grassroots political system under the Party guidelines.
