Summary of the thesis results: A brief overview of the theoretical basis and regulations of the Party and State on citizens' right to complain, and the responsibility of heads of all levels in resolving administrative complaints; the current situation of complaints and the results of resolving administrative complaints in Ha Tinh; clarification of the causes and trends of complaints and the resolution of administrative complaints in relation to political and social stability in Ha Tinh; supporting documents and data on the situation of complaints and the results of resolving administrative complaints in Ha Tinh during two periods (from 2001 to 2005 and from 2008 to 2011) to clearly show the impact of this work on political and social stability in the locality; thereby emphasizing and affirming that if the work of resolving administrative complaints is done well, it will maintain political and social stability in the locality, contributing to creating a favorable environment for the socio-economic development of the province.
