The thesis is titled: "Linguistic characteristics of the Government Official Gazette from 2004 to 2014 (with a comparison to the Chinese Government Official Gazette)".

The main purpose of this thesis is to research the linguistic characteristics of Vietnamese government gazettes from 2004 to 2014, using specific government gazette materials (with comparisons to Chinese government gazettes) to identify similarities and differences between Vietnamese and Chinese government gazettes, for application in drafting, studying, researching, and using government gazettes in practice.
This thesis analyzes the linguistic characteristics of the official gazettes of Vietnam and China in terms of text structure, vocabulary, and sentence structure, comparing the similarities and differences between the official gazettes of the two countries.
Through research and study, this will help us work more efficiently and can be applied in organizational management or in the practical aspects of social life. This topic also makes a new contribution to the theory of government gazettes in relation to legal documents, administrative and official style, and contributes to the theory of Vietnamese language style in general. This topic is significant in supporting translation work, specifically the translation of government gazettes from Vietnamese to Chinese and vice versa.
11. Practical applications:
This topic has practical significance, supporting agencies in drafting, understanding, researching, and using government gazettes in the administrative style to achieve effective communication, management, and practical work. It also makes a certain contribution to the teaching and research of Vietnamese stylistics at various educational levels.
12. Future research directions:
This thesis is a comparative study of the linguistic characteristics of Vietnamese and Chinese government gazettes. We hope to continue our in-depth research and achieve further results in this research direction, especially in studying the distinctive vocabulary characteristics of Vietnam and China.

Chapter 3. Comparison of linguistic features between government's gazette of Vietnam and that of China.
The thesis mainly focuses on researching the topic to find linguistic features of Vietnamese government's gazettes from 2004 to 2014, based on documents of specific government's gazettees (with comparison to those of Chinese governor's gazettes) in order to find similarities and differences between governor's gazettes of Vietnam and those of China, applying to editing, learning, researching and using government's gazettees in practice accordingly.
This thesis analyzes linguistic features of government's gazettes of Vietnam and China in terms of documents' structure, vocabulary and sentences, aiming at finding similarities and differences between government's gazettes of both countries.
Through research and learning, we will work more effectively. In addition, it can be applied to organizational management or to the practice of life and the society. This topic has also made new contribution to theory of government's gazettes that are legal documents, bearing administrative – public service nature, making contribution to theory of style of learning Vietnamese in general. This topic plays an important significance in supporting translation, in particular, the translation from Vietnamese to Chinese and vice versa.
12. Applicability to practice:
This topic is of real significance, assisting functional agencies in editing, learning, researching and using government's gazettes of administrative – public service nature in order to reach the effectiveness in communication, in management and in practical jobs. In addition, it has made certain contribution to teaching and research of subjects of Vietnamese learning style in different training grades.
13. Next research orientations:
The thesis is a research project on comparing linguistic features of government's gazettes of Vietnam and those of China. We hope to further research this topic and gain achievements toward this direction, especially the research of linguistic feature in term of vocabulary bearing identities of Vietnam and China.
