The thesis is on the topic "Developing human resources in the field of tourism training in Lam Dong province."Hopefully, we have made some basic contributions as follows:
- Systematizing and selecting relevant concepts and theoretical issues to form a theoretical basis for research on human resource development in tourism training.
- Based on theoretical frameworks, the study reflects, analyzes, and evaluates the current state of development of the teaching staff and instructors in tourism training and vocational education in Lam Dong Province, using statistical data, relevant documents, surveys, and consultations with managers and vocational training institutions. This study identifies the strengths and causes, as well as the weaknesses and causes, of the development of the teaching staff and instructors in tourism training and vocational education in Lam Dong Province.
Based on theoretical and practical foundations, the thesis proposes several solutions to develop the team of teachers and lecturers in tourism training and vocational education in Lam Dong province in the new phase, including: 1) Raising awareness among management staff and the team of teachers and lecturers in tourism training and vocational education; 2) Strengthening the organizational structure, planning, and selecting teachers and lecturers in tourism training and vocational education; 3) Training, fostering, and innovating methods for the team of teachers and lecturers in tourism training and vocational education; 4) Managing teaching and scientific research activities; and 5) Creating motivation for the development of the team of teachers and lecturers in tourism training and vocational education.
"Developing human resources in the field of tourism training in Lam Dong province"This is a new topic, specifically addressing a field that has not been widely discussed. The aim is to contribute to the development of human resources in the tourism training sector of Lam Dong province, thereby improving the quality of human resources in Lam Dong tourism in particular and the tourism industry in general in the future.

Thesis with topic “Human resources development of the tourism education in Lam Dong Province”, with the hope that it has some basic contributions as follows:
- To systematize and select these related concepts and theoretical issues come into being these theoretical bases for the research of human resources development in tourism education.
- Based on the theoretical bases were reflected, analyzed and evaluated on the status of tutors who are teaching the tourism major in Lam Dong Province with these statistical data, relevant documents and surveys, consulting from these managers, education and vocational institutes, pointing out these strengths and reasons, weaknesses and reasons of the development mission of training and vocational tutors of tourism major in Lam Dong Province;
- From a theoretical and practical basis, the thesis proposed some solutions to develop these vocational and training lecturers in tourism of Lam Dong province in the new stage includes: 1) To enhance the awareness for the managers and these vocational and training lecturers in tourism; 2) To strengthen the major, plan, recruit the training and vocational tutors in tourism; 3) To train, improve, renovate the methods for the training and vocational tutors in tourism; 4) To manage the teaching activities and science researches; and 5) To motivate the development of the training and vocational tutors in tourism;
“Human resources development of the tourism education in Lam Dong Province”is the new topic approaching to a field which it does not have many updates.
With the purposes to promote the assignment of human resources development of tourism training in Lam Dong province in order to improve the quality of human resources in toursim at Lam Dong in particular and the tourism in general in the future.
