This case study of VTC Mobile Services Joint Stock Company delves into the current state of employee performance evaluation within the company. Based on the organizational process and evaluation standards, the author analyzes the impacts of performance evaluation on the company and its employees, identifying its limitations and their underlying causes. As a modern evaluation method used worldwide, the author aims to apply the valuable and relevant experiences of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to VTC Mobile Services Joint Stock Company to enhance the significance of job performance and the importance of evaluation in relation to employee benefits.

This thesis focuses on the study of definitions, characteristics, criteria and applying principles of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), from which to draw some lessons in job performance evaluation of staff.
With actual procedure and criteria of evaluation in VTC Mobile, the author shows these effects to staff, presents weaknesses and existing causes. Therefrom, useful experiences of modern KPI will improve staff performance and change better labor regime in VTC Mobile company.
