10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis focuses on the study of KPI performance measurement system, including explanation of related terms, characteristics, construction criteria, and application principles. From there, the thesis draws out the role and significance of KPI system in evaluating employee performance in organizations.
Studying the case of VTC Mobile Services Joint Stock Company, the thesis delves into the current situation of performance evaluation of employees of the company. Based on the organizational process and evaluation criteria, the author analyzes the impacts of performance evaluation on the company and employees, and draws out its limitations and causes. As a modern evaluation method in the world, the author wishes to apply the valuable and appropriate experiences of KPI to VTC Mobile Services Joint Stock Company to enhance the meaning of work performance and the meaning of evaluation to employee policies.

The research results of the thesis can be used as reference documents, theoretical basis and fundamental factors for Vietnamese organizations and enterprises to creatively and flexibly build KPI systems into the actual performance evaluation activities of employees of the organization or enterprise itself.

This thesis focuses on the study of definitions, characteristics, criteria and applying principles of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), from which to draw some lessons in job performance evaluation of staff.
With actual procedure and criteria of evaluation in VTC Mobile, the author shows these effects to staff, presents weaknesses and existing causes. Therefrom, useful experiences of modern KPI will improve staff performance and change better labor regime in VTC Mobile company.
