The thesis has systematized the theoretical basis of the compensation policy for the tourism industry, studied the current status of applying the compensation policy for Front Office staff at four-star hotels in Da Lat city. In particular, the thesis has also measured the level of satisfaction with the compensation policies being enjoyed by Front Office staff at four-star hotels in Da Lat city through sociological surveys and data processing using SPSS software. On this basis, the thesis has also obtained solutions on the compensation policy for Front Office staff at four-star hotels in Da Lat.

The results of the topic can be used as a reference for students majoring in Hotel Management and as a reference for four-star hotels in Da Lat to adjust the hotel's human resource policies.

Especially, the thesis also measured satisfaction with the remuneration levels of front office employees in Dalat city's four-star hotels through sociological surveys and data processing using SPSS software. On this basis, the thesis also proposes possible solutions for four-star hotels' remuneration policies in Dalat.
