The main content of the thesis aims to study the work of supporting drug addicts to reintegrate into the community in Doc Tin and Huong Son communes - My Duc - Hanoi, thereby seeing the support desires of drug addicts, especially support in terms of employment, communication with the community and medical support. At the same time, also see the role of social workers in supporting drug addicts to reintegrate into the community.
Through the research and study process, in the two communes, there have been activities to support people after drug rehabilitation to reintegrate into the community. However, these activities have not really brought high efficiency. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness of community-based support for people after drug rehabilitation to reintegrate into the community, it is necessary to promote the strength of the whole community, improve the effectiveness of activities, and prevent drugs of state agencies, socio-political organizations and the community, through synchronous and unified measures such as: Completing legal documents to help them stabilize their lives. In addition, the People's Committees in the two communes of Doc Tin and Huong Son - My Duc - Hanoi need to have specific measures, creating favorable conditions for people after drug rehabilitation to not relapse, to reintegrate into the community; innovating the management and education work to help people after drug rehabilitation... is also a task that needs to be done synchronously and unified under the leadership of the Party, the State and social organizations.

Initial consultation helps local social workers develop social work skills and apply them in practice when working at State facilities.
12. Further research directions:
There will be more specific and practical activities to support people after drug addiction treatment, and at the same time, replicate the model of supporting people after drug addiction treatment throughout the district.

The main contents of the thesis research aims to support the work of drug addicts who reintegration based on community at Doc Tin and Huong Son - My Duc - Hanoi, which look at the wish want support detoxified simultaneously support especially in terms of employment, communicate with and support community health. At the same time, also see the role of social workers in supporting detoxified community reintegration.
