Firstly, it has clarified the factors affecting the economic development leadership of the Party Committee of Chuong My district.
Second, it clarified the process of the Chuong My District Party Committee applying the Party's policies and the direction of the Hanoi City Party Committee to local practice and the process of the Chuong My District Party Committee directing economic development in the district from 2008 to 2015.
Third, some comments were made on the advantages and limitations and some key experiences with reference value were drawn from the Party Committee's practice of economic development leadership.
