This thesis provides an overview of the current state of gender equality in the field of marriage and family among ethnic minority women in Dai Duc commune, Tien Yen district, and the activities of the Women's Union in disseminating and educating on gender equality in marriage and family law to support ethnic minority women in accessing and raising awareness of gender equality in marriage and family. It identifies the limitations of social work activities in educating on gender equality in marriage and family law. Based on this, it proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of the Women's Union's social work in educating on gender equality law in the current period.

11. Practical applications:

This research has novel aspects and high practical relevance, therefore it will serve as a basis for localities to apply in the process of implementing tasks at the grassroots level in disseminating legal education on gender equality.

Social work activities will contribute to improving the quality of legal awareness campaigns on gender equality for ethnic minority women in the future.
