The thesis is divided into 3 chapters with the following contents:
Chapter 1: In this chapter, the thesis has deeply researched, analyzed and clarified a number of issues related to the thesis such as: job description, office management staff. On that basis, the thesis has analyzed the importance of assessing the suitability of job description for office management staff.
Chapter 2: In this chapter, the thesis analyzed the current status of building and using job descriptions at the Office of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Chapter 3: Based on the evaluation criteria and evaluation methods proposed in Chapter 1, the thesis has evaluated the suitability of the job description of the management staff at the Ministry Office. From there, the thesis proposes a number of solutions to improve the job description at the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Office.
