Chapter 2: In this chapter, the thesis analyzed the current situation of job description development and usage at the Office of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

Chapter 3: Based on the evaluation criteria and methods proposed in Chapter 1, the thesis assessed the suitability of the job descriptions for the management staff at the Ministry's Office. From this, the thesis proposes several solutions to improve the job descriptions at the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs' Office.
