Theoretically, building upon the achievements of previous scientific works, the thesis "Marketing Communication for Information and Library Products and Services at the Learning Resources Center - Thai Nguyen University" continues to research and present some fundamental contents such as: the concept of marketing communication and related concepts, the communication process, communication media, influencing factors, and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing communication.

In practical terms, the thesis has studied the current state of operation of four main media channels: websites, social networks (Facebook, YouTube), event organization, and library instruction classes, examining aspects of the operational process, the current state of influencing factors, and providing observations on the issues within each marketing media channel.

Based on the current state of media operations, the author has proposed several solutions to further enhance the effectiveness of marketing communication, namely solutions related to information users, solutions related to communication staff, and solutions related to media outlets.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Theoretically, on the basis of acquiring the achievements from the previous scientific works, the work "Marketing promotion product and services information - library at the Learning Resource Center - Thai Nguyen University" has continued to research and provide some basic content such as marketing communication concepts and related concepts, promotion process, medias, investigating factors as well as criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing promotion.

In fact, the work has been studying the activity of the four media: Website, Social Networking (Facebook, Youtube), events and the manual class using library with the aspect the process, impact factor and commenting on the issue in each promotion media.

From the fact of the promotion media, the author has proposed a number of measures to further improve the effectiveness of marketing promotion, the user solution group, the promotion staff solution group and the promotion media solution group.
