The thesis "Assessing the Quality of Library Services Based on the LibQUAL Model at the People's Police Academy" is divided into three chapters:
Chapter 1 presents in detail the issues related to evaluating the quality of library services: operationalizing and clarifying the relationship between concepts; identifying influencing factors, criteria for evaluating the quality of library services according to the LibQUAL model, and the role of evaluating the quality of library services for managers, librarians, and users.
Chapter 2 introduces the Archives and Library Center of the People's Police Academy and its existing library services. It also analyzes the factors influencing service quality and uses the LibQUAL model to evaluate service quality across three aspects: service impact, information control, and library space. From this, it provides an overall assessment of library service quality.
Chapter 3 proposes solutions to improve the quality of existing library services, introduce new services (disseminated information dissemination, interlibrary loan), and enhance the quality of factors affecting service quality. It also suggests implementation plans for different levels (Ministries, Academies, Centers).
