10. Summary of thesis results:
Bac Ninh is considered a locality with many favorable potentials for tourism development, especially cultural and spiritual tourism, with a massive system of historical and cultural relics, the homeland of many cultural celebrities, many traditional craft villages... However, tourism in Bac Ninh province has a late starting point. Only in the past few years has this field begun to develop, which is also an important goal in the province's socio-economic development strategy in the current period.
Realizing the importance of tourism in general, and spiritual cultural tourism in particular, for the development of Bac Ninh province, the thesis has conducted research and discovered the potential to attract tourists, so that Bac Ninh is known and has a basis to plan more appropriate development policies.
The topic qualitatively analyzed the current status of spiritual cultural tourism development in Bac Ninh province through survey data, using SPSS 26.0 software, the author analyzed the data including descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha reliability test, pairwise correlation analysis (using Person correlation coefficient), linear regression analysis. The results of this analysis are the basis for the topic to build a SWOT matrix to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges to improve the quality of spiritual cultural tourism in the coming time. At the same time, it is also the basis for evaluating whether the development of spiritual cultural tourism here is really effective, thereby providing direct directions and promoting sustainable tourism development.
Based on the results of surveys and in-depth interviews with residents and tourists, the thesis provides specific evidence for the level of participation in activities and service quality, as well as customer satisfaction through tourism services and experiences.
11. Practical applicability: The thesis is a reference document for students and practitioners in tourism and research fields and is a scientific basis to contribute to the assessment of the most practical policies for the development of spiritual and cultural tourism in Bac Ninh province.
