10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has systematized the theoretical basis of the training facility model in enterprises, including: the concept of the training facility model in enterprises; characteristics and elements constituting the model; the history of formation and development stages of the model; the role of the model for enterprises, employees and society.
The author introduced general overviews of FPT Corporation and FPT Academy such as: history of formation and development; goals, functions and tasks; organizational structure; human resource characteristics.
The author also describes the characteristics of the training facility model in the enterprise at FPT Academy - FPT Joint Stock Company, including 7 characteristics related to: model scope; relationship between FPT Academy and FPT Joint Stock Company; learners; teaching staff; training services; application of technology in training; assessment and reporting regime.
Regarding the elements that make up FPT Academy, the author chooses four core elements to analyze and evaluate the training facility model in enterprises through the case study of FPT Academy - FPT Joint Stock Company, including: strategic elements; learner elements; operational elements and technology application elements.
