The thesis "Applying Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory to Motivate University Library Staff" is divided into three chapters. Chapter 1 outlines the theoretical basis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in motivating employees in general, and library staff in particular; Chapter 2, based on the results of the practical survey, analyzes the current state of motivating library staff working at the Banking Academy and the University of Commerce; and provides comments and assessments on the advantages and limitations of this motivational work. Chapter 3 proposes several solutions to improve the motivational work of library staff at the Banking Academy and the University of Commerce.

Firstly, based on the research results and evaluation of this thesis on the application of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory in motivating librarians at the Banking Academy Library and the University of Commerce Library, it serves as a basis for improving the motivation of librarians in the unit in the future, providing more appropriate and practical directions and guidance.
Secondly: This thesis can be used as a reference for Vietnamese libraries to develop and improve methods for motivating library staff within their institutions.
