- Survey, analyze and evaluate the current status of organization, management and exploitation of electronic information resources at the Library.

- Propose solutions to develop, organize and exploit electronic information resources effectively.

The research results of the topic are reference documents for leaders and managers to apply in the development, organization and exploitation of electronic information sources to better meet the needs of using this type of information source for information user groups at the Library. In addition, the research results are also a lesson, a development model for universities nationwide to study and apply in their units.
