The research results have shown that the current status of environmental interpretation in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves has been and is being implemented relatively well in some National Parks, most Nature Reserves have not really paid attention to developing this activity. However, the current status of developing environmental interpretation in National Parks and Nature Reserves still has many shortcomings and limitations.
The results of the analysis of factors affecting tourists' satisfaction with environmental interpretation in ecotourism in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves show that the factor of environmental interpretation is the factor that has the most impact on tourists' satisfaction with environmental interpretation in ecotourism. In addition, the factors of the interpreter, the content of the environmental interpretation and the price are all factors that have an impact on tourists' satisfaction in Vietnam's National Parks and Nature Reserves.
