This study systematizes and clarifies the concept, objectives, content, and management role of local authorities in community tourism development, as well as the factors influencing the role of local authorities in managing community tourism development, using a functional and characteristics-based approach.
Analyzing and evaluating the current state of the role of local authorities in community tourism development will help in measuring results and provide a basis for more accurate, clear, and specific assessments and conclusions about the role of local authorities in community tourism development.
This study assesses and analyzes the current state of the role of local authorities in community tourism development in Ninh Binh province during the period 2015-2022, explaining the causes and factors leading to the achievements and limitations of local authorities in community tourism development in Ninh Binh province.
The proposal aims to improve mechanisms and policies, and enhance the role of local authorities in developing community tourism.
